As a Sr, Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to join as a member of Process Excellence team specialized in innovating and re-structuring processes.
You will research, identify, design, plan, and pilot new solution which can improve cycle time of the process and implement/standardize across the network.
You will collaborate with counterpart in other regions, global AR Robotics, and JP engineering team to export and import best practices and new initiatives.
You will initiate cross-functional/network wide projects, engage, and lead the projects with collaboration with JP operations team to deliver the best operation in the network.

Sr. Project Managerは、Process Excellence teamのメンバーとして、オペレーションプロセスのイノベーションとリストラクチャリングを担います。Sr. Project Managerは、既存のプロセスを新たなテクノロジーやメカニズムによりイノベーションすることを担います。調査、分析、設計、計画、パイロットテストを通じて、新たなソリューションによるサイクルタイムの改善を図り、ネットワークへの展開と標準化を図ります。Sr. Project Managerは、他のリージョンのカウンターパートやAR Robotics、JPのエンジニアリングチームなどと協業し、ベストプラクティスや新たなイニシアティブの内外への展開を行います。クロスファンクションのネットワーク規模のプロジェクトの組成と展開を行い、JPオペレーションチームと協業して進行することにより、最高のパフォーマンスを発揮するプロセスの構築を実現します。
Key job responsibilities
The role requires the ability to deliver the highest standard process performance through innovation. On-hands research, stakeholder communication, and Gemba visit to find opportunity to innovate is required.
Both future looking direction of how the process should be and attention to detail to structure a new process is required.
Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and with leadership and operations personnel to build consensus and to collaborate is required.
Some of the position's key responsibilities includes;Research and identify:
Research opportunities within existing processes to change, new technology to apply, new mechanism to apply, and identify vision and new solution for a new process.
Design and plan:
Design new process, conduct pilot tests, assess applicability, assess feasibility, assess profitability, plan for implementation, and acquire agreement with leadership and stakeholders
Manage and implement:
Form a project, define action plan for stakeholders, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, manage project, and deliver result through implementation in scale.
Control and sustain:
Implement a change into a design of fulfillment centers, listen to voice of Gemba for an adoptability and issues, resolve issue and renew process, and make the new process as a standard
