店長候補として接客・販売をお任せします。

アイス提供等のオペレーション業務からスタート

半年~1年後には店長としてマネジメント業務に携わっていただきます

尚、転勤はありませんのでご安心ください。

\店長業務ってどんなことをするの?/

発注やスタッフの管理などをお任せします。

季節ごとにあるキャンペーン時には、

スタッフへの共有や事前準備を行います。

調理で覚える事は少なめなので、

早々に管理業務にチャレンジできます

※店長経験者の方には「店長採用」も有

研修・サポート体制が充実

1ヶ月目

店舗にてオリエンテーション、現場研修

オペレーション全般の習得を目指します。

2ヶ月目

店舗業務にプラス管理業務を開始し、

店舗運営の基礎を学んでもらいます。

(シフト作成、発注・在庫管理、本社経理や

レイクタウン担当、ブルーシール本部との折衝。)

3ヶ月目

SVと毎週面談をしながら不明点の解消や店舗作りの相談

4ヶ月目

これまでの研修を活かし、店長のつもりでご自身で

少しずつ店舗運営を進めてください。

6ヶ月目

店長として、お店をお任せしていきたいと思います

SVや先輩スタッフが付いてますので、

分からないことはいつでも確認できる環境です。

勤務時間・曜日:

9時~22時( 1日8時間)

・上記の時間内でシフト制

・1日実働8時間、休憩1時間 (営業時間10:00~21: 00)

①9時00分~18時00分

②11時00分~20時00分

③13時00分 ~22時00分

◎ワークライフバランスを大切にしています

土日祝は稼ぎどきの為、出勤となる場合が多いですが

必要に応じ土日も交代で休みを取れるようにしています。

店長をお任せする事になっても、働き方は変わりません。

他店ではアルバイトだけにお店を任せられているので

長期休暇を取ってリフレッシュ出来ています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
