職務内容

  • 事業ポートフォリオの見直しと最適化に向けた戦略立案・推進
  • 経営幹部や海外事業責任者との戦略議論・コンセンサス形成
  • 経営報告資料の設計・作成(英語での成果物含む)
  • 経営資源配分に関するガイドライン策定
  • 新規事業開発や新興国市場戦略など、成長戦略関連のイニシアティブ推進

理想の人材
【必須条件】

  • 経営テーマにおいて中核的な役割を担った経験(役員レベルとの連携含む)
  • ビジネスファイナンスの基礎理解(財務数値から課題を把握できる力)
  • 海外メンバーとの英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
  • TOEIC850点相当以上の英語力
  • 部下のマネジメント経験
  • 大卒以上
