【職務内容】

AIオペレーションエンジニアは、グループ全体のAI活用基盤を構築・運用し、非連続な生産性向上を技術で実現していただくポジションです。

【具体的には】

  • AI活用プラットフォームの構築・運用

・ナレッジベースシステムの設計・構築 ・ローコード/ノーコードツール(Dify、Make、Zapier等)の導入・運用 ・社内向けAI活用基盤の整備 ・各事業部が使える共通基盤の提供

  • AI活用のPoC・先行実験

・生成AI/ローコードツールを活用した業務効率化の検証 ・ベストプラクティスの技術的検証と横展開 ・横展開可能な技術パターンの抽出

  • 技術判断・外注管理

・AI関連ツールの選定・導入判断 ・外注ベンダーの技術管理 ・技術仕様書作成

【求める人材】

以下すべての経験を満たす方

・Webアプリケーションのバックエンドの開発経験

・API、及びデータの設計経験

【歓迎】

・プラットフォーム/基盤システムの構築経験(2年以上)

・社内向けシステムの0→1構築経験

・DX推進・業務効率化プロジェクトの経験

・RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)システムの構築・運用経験

・MCP(Model Context Protocol)の実装経験

・Python、JavaScriptでの開発経験 ・データパイプライン設計経験

【給与】

年収665~990万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
