職務内容
電子顕微鏡の(SEM/TEM/FIB等)のアフターサービスを統括し、品質向上と顧客満足最大化をリードする
サービスエンジニアのチームマネジメント。育成、KPI 設定、パフォーマンス管理、業務プロセス改善(一次完了率・稼働率最適化等)
大学・研究機関・製造・半導体など主要顧客との関係構築、クレーム対応、重大インシデント対応
保守契約拡大に向けた戦略策定、予防保全・リモート診断・IoT/AI のサービスモデル企画
大型電子顕微鏡導入プロジェクトの計画・進行管理、重大案件でのクロスファンクショナルリード
理想の人材
分析・計測装置のサービスエンジニア経験
チームマネジメントまたはリーダー経験
理工系分野(電気・電子・機械・物理・材料など)の学歴
顧客折衝力・問題解決力に優れ、主体的に改善を推進できる方
海外技術部門とコミュニケーションできる英語力
