Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the United States for an Office Associate. The Office Associate will be responsible for supporting administrative functions, managing office operations, handling customer inquiries, and performing basic accounting tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with customer service needs, and ensuring smooth office workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to address inquiries and maintain effective client relations
- Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record management, and organizational tasks
- Understanding of Accounting principles and ability to handle basic accounting operations
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office management or related fields are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
