RequirementsFluent in Japanese, capable of conducting business communication with senior client leadership.
Familiar with B2B business processes and strategies, with at least 3 years of experience in pre-sales solutions, sales, or project management.
Deep understanding in at least one of the following areas:AI, insurance marketing, call centers, InsurTech, CRM/customer service systems/marketing systems/core systems, or insurance digital consulting.
Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, strong logical thinking ability.
Entrepreneurial spirit, goal-driven, strong self-learning ability, positive and optimistic attitude.
Willing to accept short-term business trips.
