【フロント対応(顧問先窓口)】
- 顧問先からの労務相談の一次対応(ヒアリング・整理・確認)
- 顧問先への資料依頼、日程調整、進捗連絡
- 内容に応じて、労務相談はご自身で解決まで対応
※「高度な労務判断」などは上位者が行います。
【タスク管理・進行管理(社内推進)】
- 案件ごとの進捗管理(期日/担当/状況の見える化)
- 優先順位の整理、リマインド
- 当社事務センター・顧問先間の連携促進
【助成金(顧問先対応 × 進行管理)】
- 助成金案件の進行管理(期日/必要書類/社内連携)
- 顧問先から必要情報の回収・整理
- 提案資料・説明の準備
【業務改善(仕組み化)】
- 社内フローの改善提案
- 情報整理・ルール整備(詰まりの原因を減らす)
- 申請・相談対応の標準化(テンプレ・運用づくり)

- 最終学歴:大学卒以上
- 社労士事務所、人事・総務もしくは営業職の経験
- 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel・PowerPoint)

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥330,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥41,680〜¥49,120(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
