■総合建設業として事業を行う同社にて、受注した建築物の設備施工管理業務全般をお任せいたします。
【具体的には】
■マンション、医療・福祉施設、教育・文化施設、オフィスビル、工場、商業施設、官公庁などの設備担当者として品質・工程・安全・原価の管理
【働き方改革の取り組みについて】
■工事部長や管理部門が主となり月1回の会議を実施。4週8閉所を実現するために積極的に取り組んでいる。
■Webカメラの導入を行うことで現場と事務所の往復を減らし、事務所で確認が可能。
■iPadを支給することで、外で撮影した写真を事務所で整理する必要がないように管理。
■ドローンを活用した撮影などのIT技術を導入する事で働き方改革を行う試験導入も実施。
■ITについてはこれから進める部分も多い為、模索し技術者の働き方改革に努めている。
【制度について】
■妻帯者の方で単身赴任という形で出張頂く場合は、月4回の帰省費用を支給。
■独身の方の場合は実家までの帰省費用を夏季休暇、冬季休暇の年2回支給。(独身者帰省旅費手当)
■長期出張の場合は、同社にて宿舎を準備。
【求める人材】
下記いずれも満たす方
・設備施工管理の経験がある方(電気、管どちらかでも可)
・1級電気工事施工管理技士または1級管工事施工管理技士の資格をお持ちの方
・2級電気工事施工管理技士または2級管工事施工管理技士の資格をお持ちの方

※上記想定年収には、賞与2回分と1ヶ月あたり40時間分の時間外手当を含んでいます。
