What You Will Do
Reviews and prioritizes the communication needs of various departments within the business.
Oversees the development of policies, objectives and initiatives within analyst relations and press relations functions, including (proactive and reactive) opportunities message development, spokesperson preparation and feedback.
Approves story ideas for publications, covering developments within the business and its subsidiaries.
Reviews major corporate communications including internal and external newsletters, annual reports, marketing brochures, scripts, speeches, white papers.
Establishes standards for corporate communications efforts that are consistent with the business' positive image and branding efforts.
Monitors the collection of statistical information from other sources and approves its presentation and associated copy.
Reviews and approves materials for internal and external presentations on products, partners, branding, business plans, tactical plans, positioning, organizational strategy and management issues.
Monitors department budget and ensures that appropriate cost controls are in place.
