統括責任者

仕事内容

津田山オートスクエアでの

設備関連業務を主とした設備統括責任者業務

(設備機器:電気・空調・ガス・給排水等)

[責任者業務]

・施設内設備の維持・修繕、点検報告書作成

・警備・清掃業務の管理

・入門証・駐車証の発行、駐車場管理

・消耗品の購入・在庫管理

・安全衛生管理、防災訓練、消防関係書類の届出

・産業廃棄物処理管理

・作業員・職員の勤怠管理、安全管理

・工事管理、客先交渉

・見積書・注文書・請求書の作成・処理

他、付随業務

[プレイヤー業務]

・各種設備機器の監視、検針、簡易修繕

他、付随業務

入社後は、これまでの実務経験を確認しながら、

・入社時研修(5日間)

・一連の業務の流れ

・時間スケジュール

・業務上のポイントや作業上の注意点

などを学んでいただきます。

資格・経験


年齢:

~59歳(60歳定年制の為)

※再雇用制度有

経験:

・ビルメン業界での実務経験(年数問わず)

・マネジメント経験

必須資格:

・建築物環境衛生管理技術者

給与


日給月給:300,000円~350,000円

※給与幅は経験・所持資格等を考慮し決定します

※別途、残業発生時深夜手当別途支給

※試用期間有り:3ヵ月(同給)

勤務曜日・時間


月~金

8:45~17:45 実働8時間、休憩1時間

・残業は月5~10時間程度

・日勤のみ、基本夜勤はありません

・週休2日制(シフトによる)

※原則土日休み、ただし年間4回程度勤務あり

・長期連休(GW、夏季、年末年始)
