【 Job Description】

The company has built a solid track record and fostered strong trust with major semiconductor manufacturers and assembly houses worldwide. Their order volumes and performance, particularly in transactions with overseas semiconductor manufacturers, are experiencing steady growth.

■You'll be broadly responsible for the development, evaluation, support, and implementation assistance of electrical control circuit design for the company's in-house developed semiconductor control equipment. This position offers ample opportunities to hone your skills in a global environment.

【Responsibilities】

■Designing, evaluating, and maintaining electrical control circuits using PLCs.

■Developing and supporting control circuits for sensors, actuators, and robots, including their implementation.

■Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with engineers at overseas locations.

■Creating design data and managing/adjusting development schedules.

■You'll also have the option to mentor junior team members, depending on your technical experience.

★This role is perfect for those who want to be involved end-to-end, from design to implementation, and for those who want to leverage their knowledge of PLCs and control devices.

【Products in charge】

General development and support of electrical control circuits for the following products:

  • Wafer tape laminators

  • Wafer tape removers

  • Wafer frame mounters

  • Wafer UV irradiators

  • Newly developed equipment

【Scope of change in work content】General work as defined by the company

* No relocation

* Business trips to Japan and overseas are required depending on the type of work (2 weeks to 1 month)

【 Requirements】

【Required】

■Experience in development of electrical/electronic circuits or experience studying electrical/electronic related fields at a technical position or university *Any industry is acceptable

■Not hesitant to communicate in technical English *Must be willing to learn English after joining the company

■Japanese Language Proficiency Test: N1 or equivalent

【Preferred】

■Experience in FA equipment development

■Knowledge of electrical and electronic CAD

■Ability to perform tasks with interest in hardware (mechatronics) and software

■Experience working in semiconductor and semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry

■Experience working in cross-cultural environments in practice, including overseas assignments

★In recent semiconductor manufacturing equipment development, there's a growing need for technical knowledge in electrical circuit design, particularly concerning functional safety and compliance with various international standards. For this reason, individuals from outside the semiconductor industry are also welcome to apply.
