■You'll be responsible for leading the electrical control circuit design and development for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This includes overall project management and implementation support. You'll also exercise leadership by contributing to technical problem-solving and project success.

【Responsibilities】

■Designing, evaluating, troubleshooting, and supporting the implementation of electrical control circuits.

■Leading your team: This includes mentoring members, providing technical support, and managing project progress.

■Defining requirements and considering specifications for electrical designs in new projects.

■Formulating and executing technical strategies for electrical control circuit design, leveraging FA (Factory Automation) industry-standard PLCs.

■Reporting on progress and proposing improvements to upper management.

【Products in charge】

General development and support of electrical control circuits for the following products:

• Wafer tape laminators

• Wafer tape removers

• Wafer frame mounters

• Wafer UV irradiators

• Newly developed equipment

【Scope of change in work content】General work as defined by the company

* No relocation

* Business trips to Japan and overseas are required depending on the type of work (2 weeks to 1 month)

【 Requirements】

【Required】

■Working experience in electrical control circuit design (5 +years)

■Experience in control circuit design using PLC

■Not hesitant to communicate in technical English *Must be willing to learn English after joining the company

■Japanese Language Proficiency Test: N1 or equivalent

【Preferred】

■Experience in FA equipment development

■Knowledge of electrical and electronic CAD

■Experience as a PM or team leader

■Experience in project management or team leadership

■Experience working in the semiconductor and semiconductor manufacturing equipment industries

■Experience working in cross-cultural environments in practice, such as overseas assignments

★In recent semiconductor manufacturing equipment development, there's a growing need for technical knowledge in electrical circuit design, particularly concerning functional safety and compliance with various international standards.
