私たちは「制作物レビューの体験を変える」SaaSプロダクト Brushup を自社開発しています。

まだ誰もスタンダードを確立していない市場で、ユーザーの課題に向き合いながらプロダクトを成長させていく仲間を探しています。

このポジションでは、企画・設計から実装・運用まで幅広く関わり、プロダクトの成長を加速させる役割を担っていただきます。

「どう作るか」だけでなく「なぜ作るか」から参加できる環境です。

  • 主な業務

・チームと協働しながら継続的にプロダクトを改善

・フロントエンド/バックエンド/インフラの設計・実装・運用

・技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計、パフォーマンス改善

・顧客ニーズに基づく新機能の企画とUI改善

【環境】

・コラボレーションツール… Notion、Slack、Metalife、Figjam

・バージョン管理… Github

・インフラ… AWS

【チーム内活動】

・朝会/毎日

・エンジニア ミーティング/週(エンジニア同士が新技術や設計アイデアを共有し、雑談から深い議論まで行うカジュアルな場)

・1on1(2週間ごと)

・チーム内ふりかえり(2週間ごと)

【必須】

  • 下記のうちいずれかに該当する方

・ビジネスドメインを反映したモデリングおよびAPI設計の経験(例:DDD、REST設計など)

・バックエンド(Golang)の実務経験3年以上

※特に、Golangの扱えるバックエンドエンジニア様を積極的に募集しております

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

・フロントエンド:React、TypeScriptのいずれかの実務経験

・インフラ:AWS設計・構築・運用の経験

・開発チームのリーダーまたはテックリード経験(5名以上のマネジメントや技術的意思決定を含む)

・スケーラブルかつ信頼性の高いシステムのアーキテクチャ設計経験(DB・API・インフラ・アプリ構造)

・技術選定やパフォーマンスチューニングの主導経験

・開発プラクティス(SOLID、KISS、YAGNI、DRY)を理解し、実務で実践した経験

・バイブコーディングを取り入れた開発プロセスの推進・チームリード

・生成AIや機械学習モデルをプロダクトのコア機能として統合・運用した経験
