業務内容
リクルートグループのプロダクト開発ディレクションをお任せいたします。
事業、ユーザー部門の担当者、プランナーと協業し、以下の業務をPdM(社内呼称:開発ディレクター)として担当いただきます。
<企画・要件定義フェーズ>
プロダクトのQCDに責任を持ち、開発プロジェクトを推進いただきます。
サービスのエンハンス開発要件に応じたシステム要求事項の整理
ユーザー体験を考慮した仕様策定
エンジニアへの仕様説明
<リリース準備フェーズ>
ユーザーに向けてのコミュニケーション設計
リリース後の様々なリスクへの対応計画
リリース後は効果測定や運用などもご担当いただきます。
※プログラミング実装などの実際に手を動かす業務は発生しません。
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・PM、ディレクター、システム企画などの上流工程のご経験
・Webアプリケーションの要件定義経験(3年以上)
・プログラミング経験(言語、年数不問)
・システムテストあるいはUATの実務経験(年数不問)
■求めるマインド【必須】
・自発的に行動ができ、不明な点や疑問を調べたり、自ら動いて解決する推進力
・グループのメンバーはもちろん、クライアントを始めとする、複数の様々なステークホルダーを巻き込み、コミュニケーションが取れる方
【給与】
678万円~814万円
【勤務地】
東京都中央区銀座7丁目3-5 ヒューリック銀座7丁目ビル 4階※就業の場所は、業務上の都合により変更することがある。※東海エリアにオフィスがないため、当面の間、自宅を就業場所として勤務いただくことを想定しています。※選考の過程で配属地についてご相談をさせていただく予定です。
