Payment Operations Executive- Japan

Position Overview
Aon Holdings Japan Ltd. (ASC) provides shared services to 3 operating business units/subsidiaries (BU) of: 1) retail insurance agency, 2) re-insurance broker, and 3) human resources consulting. Shared functions housed in ASC include Finance, IT, HR, Compliance, Marketing and Administration.

Responsibilities
【保険経理業務】

  • 日次/週次:営業アシスタントが作成したインボイスを元にクライアントから保険料が入金、またはクライアントへ返戻。それらを元に当社システムへ入出金処理を行う。この際、不明点等があれば営業アシスタントへ問い合わせ。
  • [日次] 入金:ネットバンクから入金情報をダウンロードし、Excelを作成。
  • [週次] 返戻:営業アシスタントからの情報が入力されたExcelを元にネットバンクより送金。
  • [週次]自賠責保険の精算:強制保険の精算
  • [月次] 営業部が作成した保険料と作成した自賠責証明書をExcelデータと業務システムで照合、この際不明等があれば営業へ問い合わせ。場合によっては保険会社へ問い合わせ。保険会社システムで精算処理、ネットバンクにて送金、振替。
  • 月次:入出金により弊社の口座にお預かりしていた保険料を、保険会社からの請求書と照合し、月末までに保険会社へ送金。この際、不明点等があれば営業アシスタントへ問い合わせ。場合によっては保険会社へ問い合わせ。
  • 上記すべてに伴うファイリング等事務作業全般
  • その他:一般経理補助業務

Qualifications & Attributes
【必要スキル】
数字を追うことが苦でない方。営業部とのコミュニケーションが取れる方。ルーチンワークを正確にできる方。英語表記のアプリケーションに抵抗が無い方。

【PCスキル】

  • Windows:ファイルのダウンロード/ファイル名をつけて保存。エクスプローラーの操作/ファイルのコピーや移動。ショートカットが作成できる。
  • IE/Fire Fox:PCのインターネットやメールが使える。
  • Excel:簡単な関数が使え集計ができる。最低限SUM,SUBTOTAL,VLOOK UP,ピポットテーブル、オートフィル、並び替え、絞込み等。パスワード設定。

勤務条件

  • 給与:経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
  • 勤務地:東京23区
  • 勤務時間:9:00-17:00(休憩60分・実働7時間)フレックスタイム制、残業有 ※残業代の付与条件は規定による
  • 待遇:賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等
  • 休日:完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始(12/30~1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等
