決済業務システムの開発案件におけるプロジェクト管理を実施します。
社内関係部署および開発ベンダと協力して、開発案件の中心となり開発を推進します。
その他システム開発における開発要件の設計支援も担当していただきます。
例:大手加盟店要望や施策案件等、大きな案件の場合はプロジェクトとしてチームを組み、中心となり開発を推進します。
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・システム開発のプロジェクト管理経験(3年以上)
<求めるマインド【必須】>
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、 チームとして働くための協調性を持つ方
・与えられた業務に対して責任感を持ってやりきる姿勢を持つ方
・新しい事や効率化、改善することが好きな方
