募集職種 

HRBP SpecialistとしてシニアHRBPの伴走の基、ビジネスリーダーと協業し組織戦略に沿ったHR施策の推進を円滑に進めるサポートを担っていただきます。 

主な業務内容 

  • ビジネスパートナーシップ: 
  • 組織設計や人員計画、HR施策に伴う準備や支援 
  • パフォーマンス管理: 
  • カリブレーション資料の準備やスケジューリング、進行・運用における支援 
  • タレントマネジメント: 
  • サクセッションプランの検討やエンゲージメントサーベイの運用と管理 
  • ポリシーとコンプライアンス 
  • 労働法や社内ポリシーの遵守を確保するために常に最新情報が更新されているか運用管理 
  • 必要に応じて法務やHRコンプライアンスチームとの連携 
  • 各種人事プロセスの策定・管理 
  • 勤怠、給与、契約更新など各種人事プロセスの策定・管理 

    • 応募資格 

    基本資格 

  • HR分野で3年以上の経験 
  • データドリブンなアプローチでステークホルダー支援経験 
  • 日本におけるHRポリシーや労働法、コンプライアンスに関する知識 
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力 

    • 歓迎資格 

  • 採用やCoEなど異なる分野から新たにキャリアチェンジを検討されている方 
  • 英語力(レベル問わず)
