【仕事内容】

大手建築機械メーカーでの業務です。

パソコンやモバイル・プリンターなどのヘルプデスク業務を担当いただきます。

具体的には、「ログインができない」「操作が分からない」「画面を開けない」などといったお客様のトラブルやエラーに対しての対応となります。

・ナレッジ作成

・社内メール確認
