仕事内容:

【AI開発/Python・リモート併用可】金融機関向け生成AI活用エンジニア

金融機関におけるレガシー業務バッチ処理の抜本的モダナイズを目指すプロジェクトにて生成AI活用エンジニアをご担当いただきます。

以下の作業をメインで行っていただきます。

【作業内容】

1. 生成AIを活用したモダナイズ業務の推進

・旧COBOLコードの解析・Pythonコードドラフトの生成(プロンプト設計含む)

・生成AIを使った設計書/テスト仕様の自動生成・編集

・コード補完や品質レビュー支援への生成AI導入

2. PoCフェーズの技術検証支援

・GPU並列処理によるパフォーマンス改善の検討・比較

・マルチスレッド化やアーキテクチャ改善の技術検討

3. ドキュメント整備

・AIによる生成+レビュー+手動編集によるドキュメント作成(技術資料・運用設計など)

・生成AIを業務開発で活用した経験

・Pythonでのバッチ処理・業務ロジック実装の経験

『尚可スキル』

・COBOLの読解経験または旧システムからのリプレース経験

・金融機関における基幹バッチ処理の知見

・Pythonによるマルチスレッド/マルチプロセス設計経験

新宿
