自動車販売を行っている当社にて、会社の成長の要となる採用業務をお任せします。

【仕事内容】

中途・新卒採用の採用から教育までをお任せします。

(メインは教育)

【具体的には】

  • 中途・新卒スタッフの育成全般
  • 勉強会などの育成プログラム実施
  • 定期フォロー面談
  • 中途・新卒採用に関わる全般業務
  • 採用要件定義と求人票の作成
  • 求人広告の媒体選定
  • 応募者対応と面接日程調整
  • 面接・見学・内定後フォロー対応
  • 人材紹介会社や協力企業との連携
  • 歩留まりからの数値分析と課題抽出・改善
  • 説明会イベントの準備と対応
  • 定着支援と面談対応

固定残業代8万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)を含む

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給します
