委託運用サービスにおいては、このマネージャー・リサーチをもとに、複数のマネージャーおよび戦略を組み合わせたマネージャー・オブ・マネージャーによるソリューションのほか、シングル・マネージャー戦略を機関投資家の皆様にご提供しています。
また、マーサーのグローバル資本市場ならびに各資産クラスに関するリサーチ等の知見をもとに、幅広い資産クラスを網羅する長期的なストラテジック・アセット・アロケーション(SAA)に加え、中期的な投資環境を踏まえたダイナミック・アセット・アロケーション(DAA)を活用したソリューションもご提供しています。
【仕事内容】
- Introduce Mercer's multi-manager products and solutions mainly to large Japanese pension funds and financial institutions with a goal of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets by winning new clients and mandates.
- Develop strong and long-term relationship with the target clients to build and strengthen Mercer's brand as a trusted advisor to win multiple mandates over time in significant sizes across various asset classes.
- Provide high-quality client servicing for existing clients, working together with Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, Operations and other relevant local and oversea internal resources.
- Develop both short- and long-term strategies for cultivating and growing financial institution and pension business, working together with Japan DS Leader.
