We are the engineering team in Nomura Group, a leading company in the industry having a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions. Our mission is to contribute to the promotion of DX in cooperation with Business users, with agile development of "Made in Japan" quality utilizing the latest technology. Engineers are flexibly involved with a wide variety of in-house development and projects. Communication within the team is in Japanese and sometimes in English as it is made up of multinational members. Responsibilities:
エンジニアチームでは、スタートアップ的なカルチャーのもと、並行して複数の開発やプロジェクトを手掛けています。社内にはDevOpsツールの環境が整っており、JIRA、Confluence、GitLab、Jenkins、Ansible、Selenium等を使って、デプロイやテストを自動化したアジャイルな開発手法を採用しています。チームでは、リテールビジネス関連システムの開発チームを率いる開発リードを募集します。想定される責務:
  • 東京を起点に、グローバルで実装するためのクライアントおよび Web ベースのアプリケーションの両方の新規および保守のアプリケーション開発の管理し、ソリューションはすべて自社開発によるDevOpsを利用したAgileな方法論を適用します。
  • Spring Boot、Angular、およびReactなどのフルスタック技術を使用したアプリケーション開発
  • オフィス時間内に直接RTB/L3サポートを提供し、アプリケーションの開発者としての責任と役割を実行。
  • 利害関係者とビジネス要件を擦り合わせ・関係部署と連携し、タイムリーにそれらを取りまとめ。
  • プロジェクト管理手法を適用し、スケジュールに従ってプロジェクトを確実に実行できるようにマイルストーンの決定とマネジメントへの報告。
  • テスト ケースを管理する責任ある開発者として行動し、SIT/E2E/UAT などのテストケースをレビューし、システム実装のテストを計画および管理。
  • フロントおよびミドル オフィス、決済システム、参照データ、インフラストラクチャ、およびその他のIT 関連部署との連携などパートナー テクノロジー部門とコラボレーション。
  • プロジェクトの実行の一環として、ソフトウェア開発ライフ サイクル (SDLC) の方法論を実行。
  • 変更管理、変更分析、フロントツーバックのテスト等、各種調整を支援。
  • 最新のプログラミング技術をフルに活用し、コード レビューを実施し、ゲートキーパーとして開発メンバーを指導。
  • 継続的な改善を推奨し、貢献を目的として、範囲内のアプリケーションのGUIと機能仕様の継続的な分析を積極的にサポート。
  • アジャイルおよび DevOps 方法論を利用した開発/Agileコーチとして、チームメンバーに対して指導。
    • The engineering team is working on multiple developments and projects in parallel with a start-up culture. We have DevOps tools environment in place and adopt agile development that automates deployment and testing using JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Selenium, etc. The team is looking for developers and leads heading up the developers. You will be involved with one of the developments depending on your expertise, skills and experience.Expected responsibilities:
  • Application development using full stack technologies such as Spring Boot, Angular, and React
  • Provide direct RTB/L3 support on within office time
  • Gather and document business requirements in a timely manner
  • Employ project management techniques to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Plan and oversee testing of system implementations, managing test cases and participating in test cycle reviews
  • Coordinate with various technology departments such as front and middle office, settlement systems, and infrastructure teams
  • Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
  • Support change management processes and conduct change analysis
  • Conduct code reviews based on Agile and DevOps practices
  • Analyze and enhance graphical user interfaces and functional specifications for continuous improvements and DevOps pipeline

  • 日本語能力は必須です
  • Java、Spring Boot、およびPythonを使用したバックエンド開発経験(3年以上)
  • ReactまたはAngularを使用したWebアプリケーション開発経験(3年以上)
  • SQLの使用能力およびMySQLなどのデータベースの設計・操作経験
  • Git、Maven、Jira、Confluenceなどの一般的な開発ツールの経験
  • 高度なビジネスレベルの英語(話す・書く)能力
  • 積極性があり、独力で学び、小規模チーム内で働く能力
  • Japanese language ability is mandatory
  • Back-end development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Python (3+ years)
  • Web application development experience with React (3+ years)
  • Ability to use SQL and design/work with databases such as MySQL
  • Experience with common development tools such as Git, Maven, Jira, and Confluence
  • Advanced business to native level spoken and written English language skills
  • Proactiveness, with the ability to learn and work both independently and within small teams
