サイバー攻撃が国内企業の7割以上に及ぶ現状に対応するべく、セキュリティ市場に参入し急成長を遂げています。
特にニッチかつ需要の高い分野に特化し、参入からわずか3年で市場での導入数No.1を獲得しました。
今後は、サイバーセキュリティ、ビッグデータ、AIを軸にした新しいセキュリティサービスの開発に注力し、未知の攻撃に対応するAIやIoTセキュリティ、攻撃データの提供などを進めていく予定です。

入社後は中途採用業務を中心にお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容
採用
採用戦略・戦術の企画/立案
- 採用媒体の運用/改善/企画
- 母集団形成(ダイレクトリクルーティング、エージェント対応など)
- 進捗状況に合わせた採用施策の実施
候補者面談/面接
その他
採用ブランディング施策の企画(採用イベント、採用広報等)
- 全社会議、全社イベントの企画・運用サポート
その他にも「より良い組織」を創るために必要となる業務をお任せします。

応募条件
■必須経験
以下、いずれかに該当する方
2年以上の事業会社でのエンジニア採用のご経験
開発エンジニアとしてのご経験をお持ちの方
※エンジニア経験者の場合は、採用実務未経験でも可
■歓迎スキル
- IT業界での人事経験
- 数値分析に基づいたアクション管理を行った経験
- 採用広報を目的としたコンテンツ企画、発信、メディア露出施策を立案・実行したご経験
- ベンチャー企業やスタートアップ企業でのご就業経験
- 英語力(日常会話レベル以上)
