日立グループ本社の研究開発部門として、イノベーション創生を主導。我々、先端AIイノベーションセンタのビジョンインテリジェンス研究部では、画像処理・認識技術をベースに、人々の業務を革新する新たなソリューションやサービスの研究開発を行っています。

その一部として、日立の強みである検査・計測装置から得られる希少なデータを価値に変え、社会の人々のQoL向上に貢献する新たな医用システム・サービス事業の創出を目的とした研究開発を推進しています。

血液分析装置(免疫分析、生化学分析含む)、病理画像・細菌画像などを対象とした医用画像解析、診断支援サービス

現在、日本をはじめとする多くの国で平均寿命の延伸や出生率の低下により高齢化が進行しています。これに伴い慢性疾患や複数の健康問題を抱える高齢者が増え、医療ニーズが増大しています。更に医師や医療従事者の不足や偏在も課題となっています。こうした世界的な課題に対して、我々は特に予防医療や診断支援に着目して研究開発を進めています。この分野において新たなAIサービスを創造するリーダーシップを持った人材を募集します。

【職務概要】

研究開発全般を担い、製品・サービスにおけるイノベーションと破壊的技術の創生のために、自組織の責任者として、社内外の多様なステークホルダーとのバランスを加味し、社内外の関係者との関係を構築する。

自身の経験や先行研究から積極的に学習し、組織と人財のマネジメントを通じて、最善の方法を生み出す。

・国内外のお客様との共同研究やPOCの推進と、技術のエンハンス

【働く環境】

1.3〜5名規模の単位でチームを作り、個々人がその技術の専門家として自主性を重視して開発内容を分担するとともに、他部門の研究者や事業部門のリーダおよびチームと連携して業務を進めます。

2.在宅勤務を主として、週に数回程度の出社頻度での業務実施が可能です。

応募資格
【必須条件】

(1)下記いずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方(業界不問):

・画像認識もしくは映像解析技術の開発経験

・AIを用いたメディア解析技術の開発経験

(2)TOEIC700点以上またはそれに相当する英語力(流暢でなくとも応募いただけます。なお業務上英語を用いた打合せがございます)

(3)下記いずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方:

・3名以上のプロジェクトにおけるリーダーシップ経験

・大学、病院、研究機関等との共同研究をリードした経験

・顧客やパートナーとの実証実験をリードした経験(目標設定・計画策定を行い、実験完了に導いた など)

(4)ジャーナル論文または査読付き国際学会での発表経験

【給与】

■月給:540,000〜605,000円

■年収:9,100,000〜10,300,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
