ポジションの概要
デジタル・マーケティング・スペシャリストは、ブランドの認知度を高め、ウェブサイトへのトラフィックを促進し、リードを生み出すためのデジタル・マーケティング戦略の開発と実行において、極めて重要な役割を果たします。様々なデジタルチャネルの管理、パフォーマンスメトリクスの分析、ROIを最大化するための最適化戦術の実施を担当します。クリエイティブで、データドリブンで、マーケティング目標を達成するためにデジタルプラットフォームを活用することに長けている方が理想的です。
主な職務
- ブランドの認知度、エンゲージメント、コンバージョンを高めるための包括的なデジタルマーケティング戦略の立案と実施。
- Google広告、Facebook広告、LinkedIn広告など、さまざまなプラットフォームにおけるデジタル広告キャンペーンの管理と最適化。
- 主要業績評価指標(KPI)を監視・分析し、デジタルマーケティングの効果を測定し、改善点を特定する。
- 業界動向やベストプラクティスを常に把握するため、市場調査や競合分析を行う。
- デザイン、コンテンツ、セールスを含む部門横断的なチームと協力し、マーケティング施策全体の整合性と一貫性を確保する。
- 最新のデジタルテクノロジーやトレンドに精通し、デジタルマーケティング活動を強化するための革新的なアプローチを提案する。
- デジタルマーケティング施策に必要な外部ベンダーや代理店との関係を管理する。
- デジタルマーケティングのパフォーマンスに関する定期的なレポートや洞察を経営陣に提供し、成功、課題、成長の機会を強調する。
Requirements
応募資格
- マーケティング、コミュニケーション、または関連分野の学士号。
- デジタルマーケティングの職務経験があり、デジタル戦略の立案と実行において高い実績を有すること。
- Google Analytics、Google Ads、Facebook Business Manager、Eメールマーケティングソフトウェア、コンテンツ管理システム(CMS)など、デジタルマーケティングツールやプラットフォームに精通していること。
- SEOの原則とベストプラクティスを理解していること。
- 優れた分析能力を有し、データを解釈し、実用的な洞察を導き出すことができる。
- さまざまなデジタルチャネル向けに魅力的なコンテンツを作成できる、文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
- クリエイティブな思考を持ち、業界のトレンドや新しいテクノロジーに常に敏感であること。
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、厳しい納期を守る能力。
- 強力な対人スキルを持ち、部門を超えて効果的に協力できるチームプレーヤー。
- デジタルマーケティングまたは関連分野の認定資格(Google Ads認定資格など)があれば尚可。
