ライフラインサービス(電気・ガスなど)に関する ご案内・サポート業務 をお任せします。

お客様のご利用状況を確認し、より良いプランやサービスをご紹介するお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

  • お客様のご利用状況をヒアリング
  • 電気料金やプラン内容をわかりやすくご案内
  • ご希望に応じた契約手続きのサポート

  • 契約後のフォロー対応(簡単な確認業務など)

  • マニュアルや研修があるため、未経験からでも安心して始められます。

  • 「営業」というより、お客様に役立つ情報をお届けする仕事です。

  • 10:00~21:00の間で実働8時間(休憩1時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:あり

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 月給30万円スタート(基本給27万円+残業手当3万円)
  • インセンティブ別途支給
  • 交通費全額支給
