【業務内容】

  • IT問い合わせ対応(ヘルプデスク)

PC・周辺機器・社内システムに関するトラブルシューティング、設定依頼、メールやアプリケーションに関する問い合わせ対応。

  • PC/スマートフォン等のキッティング・運用管理

Windows/Mac/iPhone などの初期設定、交換・保守手配、OS制御やパッチ適用などの日常運用。

  • アカウント/IT資産管理

入退社・異動に伴うアカウント発行や権限設定、ツールのユーザー登録、IT資産のデータ管理。

  • 社内ツール・SaaS の管理

アカウント発行、権限管理、アプリ展開や設定変更などの運用サポート。

マニュアル作成、FAQ強化、ユーザーの自己解決率向上に向けた改善活動。

  • 管理プラットフォームの運用

スクリプトやGPOの作成、設定管理などの環境整備。

  • 外部ベンダーとの調整

メーカーサポートや外部ベンダーへのエスカレーション対応、保守・障害対応の調整。

  • 新サービス/新機能の検証・導入支援

新しいITサービスやツールのテスト、展開計画のサポート。

【必須条件】

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力、英語力

・ヘルプデスクやテクニカルサポートのご経験が3年以上ある方

・PCセットアップ、ID管理、キッティング作業などの経験

・コンピュータハードウェア、ネットワークの知識

【歓迎条件】

・servicenowなどの各種ツールの利用経験

・社内ネットワークの設定(プリンター、LANなど)

・ITパスポートレベルのIT知識
