A day in the life

  • [20 %] 不動産戦略の立案および提案
  • [25 %] 不動産供給情報の収集と整理、短期調達計画の策定
  • [25 %] Site Selection Processのリードおよび経営陣への提案
  • [20 %] 具体案件に関する予算承認と契約承認の申請と取得
  • [10 %] その他

Scope:

  1. 不動産調達戦略の立案: ビジネスニーズに基づいた不動産要件の設定と市場動向の考慮
  2. 不動産情報収集: デベロッパーの開発計画や用地売買情報の収集
  3. 物件選定プロセスのリード: 最適な物件の選定とデューデリジェンスの実施
  4. 条件折衝・予算取得・契約書交渉・締結: 経済条件や契約交渉の実施

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 物流不動産に関する知識と経験: 8年以上の不動産関連企業または事業会社の不動産部門での業務経験
  • 情報整理能力、論理的思考力: 不動産戦略の作成や物件選定の経験
  • プロジェクトマネージメントスキル: 複数の関係者との調整経験
  • PCスキル: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • 英語力: TOEIC 750点以上 or 同等の英語力
  • 求められる学位: 学士号

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 宅地建物取引士資格
  • 英語力: ビジネスレベル
  • 人材育成・チームマネージメント経験
