職務詳細

【会社概要】

GoogleMAPに地図データ提供している日本を代表する地図データおよびビッグデータサービスのグローバル成長IT企業です。

【募集背景】

  • 会社成長に伴い、部署として連結会計・税効果会計のスキルアップが急務となっており、部内の強化のためマネージャーに近いポジションを募集。
  • 部内のスキル構成により、上記具体的な業務内容に記載している業務を行っている者の負荷が高くなりその緩和の為。
  • 業務効率を上げ、残業時間を抑制するため現状を分析し効率化できる人員を募集。

【具体的な業務内容】

・連結決算業務(月次の簡易連結と四半期の連結、IFRS、日本基準共)

・税効果会計を含む税務業務

・予算作成

・開示業務

・IFRS仕訳作成

※今回は上記がメインですが、ジョブローテーションなどあり経理財務業務全般から振り分けます。

【配属先】

部署名:トレジャリー&アカウンティング(経理財務)

部の構成:部長1名、経理3名、財務2名の組織であり、男性3名、女性3名となっています。

【カルチャー】

・人間関係が良好でお互いに助け合いながら業務をしています。メンバーはリモート中心ですが、毎日朝会を実施するなど、コミュニケーションが図りやすい環境作りに注力しています。

また、月に1度、経理担当者同士で勉強会を実施しており、知識の拡充のみならず、業務における相談の場にもなっています。
