仕事内容:
決済代行会社内の開発プロジェクトにおいて、運用部門の業務推進を担うポジションです。
開発チームとの連携による運用設計・業務移管の調整、運用フェーズの安定化支援を行っていただきます。
情報ハブとして、開発・運用・顧客間の調整やドキュメント管理など、運用フェーズ全体の品質向上を支援します。
■業務内容
- 運用部門の役割定義・業務移管支援
- 開発部門からの要件ヒアリング、運用設計、計画立案
- 運用ベンダーへの業務移管支援と調整
- 運用開始後の業務安定化に向けたサポート
- 顧客・開発・運用チームとの情報連携および調整
- 報告資料・進捗・課題一覧等の作成(Excel/PowerPoint)

- 運用自動化・監視ツールの使用経験
