職務内容 (役割/責任範囲)
Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
*箇条書きで記載ください。本ポジションでは、従業員立替経費精算、一般請求書処理業務における以下の業務をご担当頂きます。

業務内容:
・Concurに関する従業員からの問い合わせ対応
経費精算システム(Concur)に関する社内ユーザーからの質問・不備対応を行い、業務効率化を推進します。
・業務改善活動の推進
DAP(デジタルアダプションプラットフォーム)、BIツール等を活用し、不備削減に向けたプロセス改善や、運用ルールの見直しを行います。
・経費データの分析および報告資料作成
T&E(出張・経費)を分析・報告資料を作成し、運用状況や課題を可視化します。
・グローバルチームとの連携による改善活動
VAT還付対応、マネジメントレポートの構築、グローバルポリシーとの比較分析、課題抽出と対応策の検討などを行います。
・業務マニュアル・ナレッジの作成・整備
社内向けの業務手順書やFAQなどを作成・更新し、情報の標準化と共有を促進します。
・決算対応
年次で搭乗済未請求分の費用の引き当て、科目不備の振替、税調整等を行います。
・請求書処理に関する月次決算サポート
経験等に応じ、月次決算における請求書処理業務のサポートを行い、正確な経理処理支援します。

応募資格(求められるスキル・技術領域・業務経験等 )
Skills, Qualifications. Job experience
*箇条書きで記載ください。【必須条件】・事業会社または監査法人で会計/税務における実務経験3年以上
・社内・社外、国内・海外問わず、円滑かつ積極的にコミュニケーションができること
・主体的に行動し、責任感を持って業務に取り組むとともに、チームメンバーを尊重し、協調性をもって行動できること
・変化を厭わず、環境変化や新しいチャレンジにも好奇心をもって、積極的に取り組めること
・日商簿記2級程度等、会計処理を行うために必要な会計知識 (2級程度が望ましい) 

【歓迎条件】

語学力 / Language Skills【英語】・英語でのコミュニケーションができる方(TOEIC:800点以上あくまで目安)

【日本語】・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上が望ましい
