【お仕事内容】
利⽤者さんの状況やニーズに合わせて
夜間‧早朝の⽀援、排泄交換、
⾒回り、事務作業、清掃、翌⽇の準備などの
お仕事をお任せします。
【資格取りたての⽅も歓迎】
資格はあるけどまったく実務経験がない
という⽅も、ブランクが⼤きい⽅も⼤歓迎
最初は先輩スタッフと⼀緒に
利⽤者さんのことを知るところから。
業務も慣れるまで丁寧に教えますので、
安⼼して覚えていっていただけます+゜
