仕事内容:

トラック用ボディコンテナに使用される金属部品のプレス加工・曲げ加工を行うお仕事です。

部品製造の基礎となる工程を担当し、モノづくりの技術を身につけられる環境です。

具体的な作業内容

プレスカット作業

金属板をプレス機でカットし、指定サイズ・形状に加工します。

図面や指示書をもとに機械を操作し、精度の高い製品をつくります。

折り曲げ加工

カットした金属部品をベンダー機で曲げ加工します。

トラックボディの構造やデザインに合わせ、角度や寸法を細かく調整します。

検査・補助業務

加工後の製品の寸法確認、バリ取り、仕上げ作業などを行い、品質を維持します。

部品の運搬や組立補助などの軽作業も一部含まれます。
