Job Purpose:
 

TD SYNNEX株式会社のアドバンスドソリューション部門の一員として、ネットワーク並びにセキュリティの商材を仕入れ・販売するプロダクトマネージャをリードしていくポジションです。
ネットワーク並びにセキュリティのベンダー商材の売り上げ・利益を最大化するために、ベンダーと相互に合意した短期的・長期的な収益目標を、ベンダーからのサポートを受け達成します。
また、業界トレンドに合った自社の強みを活かさせるベンダーの採用をすすめ、領域を広げます。
そのために部門メンバーの成長を、社内の協力や、ベンダーとの連携を強固にして支援します。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directions:

このポジションでは、TD SYNNEX株式会社のネットワーク並びにセキュリティエリアの戦略を担当し、ベンダーとの交渉窓口となって戦略の実現、課題・問題の解決にあたります。
・ベンダーごとの戦略を設定して実行します
・既存並びに新規のすべてのベンダーの損益管理の責任を持ちます
・新規ベンダーをオンボードし、戦略を立てて収益化まで管理します
・ビジネスユニットリーダーの協力を得て、ベンダーのエグゼクティブと連携してパートナー開拓、拡大をオーナシップをもって行います。また、拡販プログラムの開発、実行並びにそれを支えるマーケティングプログラム、イベントを開発します( ベンダーおよびビジネス パートナーとの共同イニシアチブの作成 )
・職務遂行においては主要なベンダーごとのビジネスプランを作成し、その進をQBR(quarterly business review)にて確認し、 ベンダーおよびビジネス パートナーとの共同イニシアチブ の実現のためのエンゲージメントを管理し、 合意されたベンダーの収益目標達成を目指します
・実現のために 販売プロセス、提案、パイプライン管理、パートナーとの関わりに関する知識を維持し、部員を適切に指導します
・ 新規パートナーの獲得、パートナーと協力して販売能力を開発するイネーブルメントをビジネスデベロップメント部隊、エンジニア部隊と連携して実行します
・上記イネーブルメントには、パートナーとともにエンドユーザーの顧客への直接訪問なども含みます
・チームに対して行動を通じて適切な管理・実行例をしめし、TD SYNNEX のビジネスとベンダーのビジネスを推進するために、部員が自律的にビジネス開発、推進するよう導きます。

・管理職として管下のメンバーのマネジメント業務をお任せします。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

・6年以上のITディストリビューター又はリセラーでのアカウントマネージャーなどの営業経験

・戦略的な計画を上流から下流まで、ご自身で行い一定以上の定量的な成果を出した経験

・ 複数年の管理職の経験があれば尚可
