労働環境改善に取り組む運送事業者を国交省が認証する「働きやすい職場認証制度」の「一つ星」を7月に取得しました。

①法令遵守②労働時間・休日③心身の健康④安心・安定⑤多様な人材の確保・育成――が審査され、合格しました。

2020年の制度創設以来、認証されたトラック事業者は全国でもまだ4%しかありません。

車体にもステッカーを貼っています。

2025年はすでに3名の新人ドライバーが入社しました

2月、4月に3人のドライバーが入社しました。

今後の世代交代も見据え、10年・20年と長く続けてくれる方を採用したいと考えています。

トラック未経験者やキャリアが浅い方、社会人経験が少ない方にもイチから教えられる体制を整えています

2023年以降の自己都合退職は2名だけです。腰を据えて安定して働けることをお約束します。

  • お任せする仕事内容は?

2~4tトラック(すべてAT車)で電機製品や管材などの荷物を配送するドライバー業務(新聞は運びません)。

通常、東京・神奈川・埼玉・千葉の一都三県内の配送で、長距離運転は少なく、深夜に及ぶ勤務や、宅配便のような再配達はありません。

配送先は通常、1日3~5件程度です。

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由1号・65歳未満(定年のため)

定年は60歳の誕生月まで。その後は健康状態、適格性により、65歳まで就業可能です。)

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

出社は午前3時半~午前8時半ごろ、退社は午後1時~午後8時ごろです。残業は平均2時間程度です。

年間休日105日で週休2日制。

有給休暇は入社6か月目以降に10~20日付与します。

年末年始やゴールデンウィーク、夏休みは、前記の休日・休暇の範囲内で希望に応じて連休が取れるようにしています。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 31万800円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万9200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり48時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

2か月間無事故のドライバーに、2か月ごとに1万円の無事故手当を支給

4トントラックを運転する日ごとに1000円の車格手当を支給

給与例


<月収>

・固定残業時間を含んだ月収は29万9,200円~となります。

・固定残業時間を超えた残業代を加味すると、実際には32万円~38万円程度を支給しています。

・年収480万円(30代、3年目)

・年収470万円(50代、3年目)
