2027年夏に北海道共和町で開業予定の

新たな道の駅を一緒につくりませんか?

現在は、

施設の設備や運営体制に関する検討段階。

売り場の企画や商品検討から

開業後の運営やスタッフのマネジメントまで

を担うマネージャーを募集します。

農業・米どころのまち「共和町」の

採れたての農作物のほか、

北海道全域~日本全国まで

幅広く商品を取り扱う売り場の

運営、産直・物販部門の責任者となる

マーチャンダイザーなど、

適正に合わせて幅広い業務に取り組める

道の駅と町を盛り上げるお仕事です。

・新商品開発、選定

(地元農産物や加工品など、

あなたのアイデアがまちの新しい名物に。)

・仕入れ、在庫管理

・売上分析、売場改善

・生産者、取引先との連携

・イベント企画、運営

・情報発信、広報活動

【共和町について】

共和町は札幌から車で約1時間半。

道内有数の米どころであり、

メロン、スイカなどおいしい作物が

豊富に採れる場所として知られる

農業の町です。

比較的穏やかなエリアですが、

小樽やニセコなど人気の観光地にも近く、

今後共和IC (仮称) 開通により

観光・物流などの面で期待が高まります。

2027年オープン予定の道の駅

「かかしの郷 きょうわ」

は情報発信や観光拠点、

災害時の避難や防災拠点など、

さまざまな面から地域と人々を繋ぐ存在。

産直・物販施設やレストランのほか、

子どもたちの遊び場や温浴施設、

キャンプサイトが備わる大規模複合施設。

地域と都市、観光と暮らしを結び、

多くの方に愛される交流拠点となることを目指します。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

<開業前>

フレックスタイム制

※実働時間:1日あたり8時間

<開業後>

シフト制となる場合あり

※実働時間:1日あたり8時間

※フレックス制

コアタイム/11:00~16:00

フレックスタイム/7:00~22:00

※道の駅開業後は、営業時間によって

シフト制になる可能性があります。

進捗確認があるので安心

…コアタイム以外は自由に出勤・退社が

可能なため自分の予定や体調によって

業務を調整できます。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 42万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万6296円 〜 7万7778円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【昇給】

年1回(1月)

※昇給の有無は実績に応じて決定
