Our client, a global resort and property management company in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial management for properties in Hokkaido.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- 財務フローの管理:管理組合およびオーナーアカウントの財務フローを監督する。
- 財務報告書の作成:月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書を作成する。
- 外部監査の調整:外部監査を調整し、税理士との連携を図る。
- オーナーとの窓口:会計に関する事項でオーナーと連携する主要な窓口としての役割を果たす。
- 財務ガイドラインの策定:透明性のある報告を可能にするためのガイドラインを策定する。
- Oversee financial flows for Management Associations and Owner Accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax accountants
- Act as primary liaison for owners on accounting matters
- Develop financial guidelines for transparent reporting
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 会計、財務、または関連分野の学位を有すること。
- 会計または財務管理の実務経験5年以上。
- 日本の会計基準および税法に精通していること。
- 区分所有物件または管理組合の管理経験があれば尚可。
- SAPやOracleなどの財務報告ソフトウェアの使用経験。
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in accounting or financial management
- Familiarity with Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience managing stratatitled properties or management associations is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with financial reporting software like SAP or Oracle
- Ability to work in Hokkaido
