【期待役割】

気象に関して学び、ライバル企業の計測機器を解析して、より優位性のある製品作成のための方法を模索していただきます。

【業務内容】

回路設計者として、構想設計を中心とした製品開発(気象計測機器)を担当いただきます。

・気象庁のアメダスに採用されている超音波風速計以外の気象機器の構想設計

・工業機器への展開

■担当工程

営業要求に基づいて、構想設計→基本設計→詳細設計→図面作成→FPGA開発→評価を行います。超音波を用いた気象機器を販売していますが、最近ではミリ波やレーザーを用いた機器へ技術の移行があります。ソニックには、マイクロ波・ミリ波を使った製品開発をしている部門があり、その部門と協業しながら、営業のニーズに応えていただきます。

■担当製品数

基本1製品(短期3か月、長期5年程度)。基本は1人のソフト技術者とのコンビで開発を進めますが、必要に応じてメカ設計者・営業技術者なども参加することがあります。

技術部 気象製品チーム

7名(機械1名、回路1名、組み込み3名、設計2名)で構成しています。

プロジェクトの進捗次第では、外部から応援を呼ぶこともあります。

※技術部自体は40名程の組織です。

【同ポジションの特徴】

・超音波センサの送受信

高電圧駆動、微少信号のアンプ、AD変換器(※高電圧に慣れていなければ、他のメンバーのヘルプ有)

・求められる計測値を演算するための信号処理

FPGAとCPU。CPUの組み込みソフト(ファームウェア)はソフト担当。

・製品機能

タイミング制御、検波、FIRフィルタなどのノイズ除去、演算内容をエミュレータに送受信する機…

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・回路設計の経験がある方(10年程度)

※アナログ、デジタル、FPGA問わず

・物理や数学の得意な方

【歓迎要件】

・気象経験者:風速計経験者がベスト

・一般的な信号処理の経験(FIRフィルター等)

・高度な信号処理の知識

・MATLABなどを使ってのシミュレーションやアルゴリズム開発

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1000 万円

賞与年2回(6月、12月)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
