マーケティング統括部(PR室マネージャー) プライム上場/ブランドを育てるPR戦略職

【仕事内容】

マーケティング統括部・PR室に所属し、社外・社内を問わず企業のブランド価値を高める広報戦略の企画・実行を担っていただきます。

  • 社外コミュニケーション

・コロワイド全体のブランド価値・イメージ向上を目的としたPR戦略の立案と実行

・各種メディア対応、ニュースリリースの作成・配信

・自社公式YouTube「コロワイドチャンネル」のコンテンツ企画、撮影ディレクション、進行管理

・記者会見・イベント等の企画・運営に関わる業務全般

  • 社内コミュニケーション

・社員のモチベーション向上、理念浸透に向けた社内報の企画・編集・発行

・社内向け動画・インタビューコンテンツの制作、配信計画の策定

・経営層との連携による、社内広報施策の全体設計

  • グループ各社支援

・傘下ブランド(居酒屋・回転寿司・洋食等)における広報施策のサポート

・各ブランドPR担当との連携による情報の整理・共有・発信強化

・グループ全体でのシナジーを意識した統一広報活動の支援とディレクション

プレイングマネージャーとして、戦略の立案から現場実行・進行管理まで一貫して携わっていただきます。

また、社内外に多くの関係者がいるため、調整力・対人コミュニケーション力も重要となるポジションです。

【年収・給与】

年収:600~700 万円 月給制 基本給:338500円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:45時間 固定残業代:117535円 超過分は全額支給 変動手当:住宅手当 社員名義の住宅費用(賃貸家賃もしくはローン月額の25%※上限2万5千円)子供手当 社員扶養の子(0~6歳:1万5千円/名、7~22歳:1万円/名)※管理職は対象外通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり100000円) 賞与:あり 年2回 昇給:あり 年2回
