本ポジションは、社内ユーザーを対象としたITサポートを担い、デスクトップ、ノートPC、モバイルデバイス、デスクトップアプリケーション、その他のクライアント向けテクノロジーのサポートを行います。
主な業務内容
- ハイブリッド環境において、主にサービスデスク業務を担当
- 日本およびグローバル拠点の社内ユーザーに対し、電話を中心としたITサポートを提供
- 東京オフィスに勤務するユーザーへのオンサイト・デスクトップサポートの提供
- 受信チケットの監視および、適切なチームメンバーへの振り分け(トリアージ)
- インシデント、サービスリクエスト、問い合わせ、苦情に対し、迅速かつ丁寧で共感を持った対応
- 担当するインシデントおよびサービスリクエストについて、SLAを遵守し、解決まで責任を持って対応
- チームメンバーとして積極的に業務に貢献し、個人およびチーム目標の達成に寄与
- 東京オフィスにおける主要なIT窓口として、シニアマネジメントを含むビジネス関係者との対応
- 東京オフィス従業員が使用するすべてのITハードウェアの管理・保有責任
- 社内ユーザーとの良好な関係を構築し、グローバルITサポートチームを代表する立場として行動
- 必要に応じて、技術的または階層的なエスカレーション対応
- グローバルのテクノロジーチームと連携し、依存関係や課題の解決を推進
- Tenにサービスを提供する外部ベンダーとの調整・連携
- 上長のサポートのもと、継続的な自己成長・スキル開発に取り組む
- その他、マネジメントから指示された業務への対応
勤務時間
- 勤務時間:9:00~18:00(現地時間)
- 勤務日:土曜日~水曜日
Requirements
必須スキル・資格(Technical Skills & Qualifications)
- Windows 11およびActive Directoryの使用経験
- ファイアウォール、セキュリティの基礎知識、アンチウイルス、バックアップソフト、メールトラブルシューティングに関する知識
- Active Directory、サーバー、ワークステーション、データベース、ネットワーク全般における高いトラブルシューティングスキル
- デスクトップ環境に関連するOffice 365およびAzureクラウドサービスの利用経験
- エンタープライズ向けデスクトップアプリケーション(MS Office、O365、Chrome、Internet Explorer)のサポート経験
- Microsoft OS、デスクトップハードウェア、Macデバイスに関する高度なトラブルシューティング経験
- ワークステーション、サーバー、プリント/スキャン機器のインストールおよびサポート経験
- リモート接続ができない場合でも、電話や口頭でユーザーを案内し、問題解決に導ける能力
- MCSE資格保有者歓迎
- CCNA資格保有者歓迎
- ITILの基礎的な知識・理解がある方歓迎
- 業務上必要となる関連資格の取得に前向きな方
- 日本語および英語の両言語に堪能な方
