【期待する役割】
組織・人事コンサルティングにおいて、プロジェクトの提案から受注、プロジェクトの推進・成果出し、フォローまで担当します。
【職務内容】
・人事制度設計(現状分析、基本構想、詳細設計、導入準備)
・人事制度の運用定着化(評価者・被評価者研修、人事制度運用における課題抽出、課題解決施策の実行)

【必須要件】
・人事制度または人材・組織開発に関するコンサルティングのご経験をお持ちの方(目安3年程度)
【給与】
年収 800 ~ 1500 万円
■表記の年収・月給はあくまで目安であり、経験等を考慮のうえ、決定します。
■賞与年2回(6月、12月)、昇給年1回(4月)
■賞与は個人業績に連動した業績賞与
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
