職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities PwC Japan合同会社 経理・財務部は、日本におけるすべてのPwCグループ会社の経理・財務業務を担当する部署になります。

事業における課題を総合的に解決する経理部門のメンバーとして、管理会計全般を担い、プロジェクトの収益管理、ビジネス戦略・企業価値向上を目指した経営支援業務を担当していただきます。4つの事業部門(Assurance, Deals, Consulting, Tax)のいずれかのLoSのBUリーダーの経営判断の経理・財務面でのサポート役となります。

■具体的な職務内容

・プロジェクトの収益管理支援

・部門別損益管理(対予算、対前年)、各種KPI分析、予算・予測の策定

・マネジメント向けの報告及びレポート作成

・売上・売掛金・仕掛品等エンゲージメント管理業務、決算業務サポート

・その他 DX推進、経理部門共通業務、事業分析・報告、システム導入支援等

※出社して業務を行いたい方は出社回数制限はありません。 登録資格 Qualification 必要な条件(経験・スキルなど):

【必須】

・事業会社またはコンサルティングファーム等での管理会計実務経験(3年程度)

・Excel(ピボットテーブル、関数設定、データ分析ツールなど)およびPowerPointを用いた資料作成スキル

・基本的な財務会計知識(簿記3級以上)

・ビジネス英語スキル(メールでのやり取り)

【歓迎する経験】

・デジタルツール(Alteryx、Power BI、Tableau等)を使用しての業務改善経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験やPDCAサイクルを意識した業務推進経験

・事業会社等での決算業務経験

・SAP等システム導入対応経験
