We are looking for an Accounting Manager to manage financial operations in Tokyo for a leading company in the Retail/FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and share accurate financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Oversee accounting tasks, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Follow local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits with necessary documents.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls for financial accuracy and asset protection.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Improve accounting processes and financial reporting efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve high performance and development.

- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
