DX推進やSaaSの活用を軸に、経営課題の特定から施策の立案・実行、

効果検証・改善提案までを一貫して支援する「コンサル型DX」を提供しています。

その他、生成AI活用支援、Salesforce、Tableau、Yextなど各種SaaS製品の

導入・活用支援も行い、企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進します。

【具体的には】

・ Salesforceを活用した業務プロセス改善の提案・要件定義・設計

・ Apex(トリガー・バッチ処理)やLWCを活用した複雑な機能開発の設計・技術指導

・ 要件定義から設計・開発・テスト・運用までの全工程の推進・管理

・ SalesforceEinsteinを活用したAI分析・予測モデルの構築

・ DataCloudやEinstein1などの最新技術導入におけるリード・実装方針の策定

・ 複数プロジェクトを横断した開発品質・技術標準の統一、パフォーマンス最適化の推進

・ ガバナンス設計(リミット管理、命名規則、共有ルール等)および運用整備

・ 全社レベルのSalesforce活用戦略に基づく技術選定・設計レポートの作成

・ メンバー育成やコードレビュー体制の構築・継続的な改善

・ PoC成果物やプリセールス資料の標準化・ナレッジ蓄積

・ プロジェクトリードまたは戦略設計担当

【求める人材】

・ Salesforce導入・活用支援および開発経験(5年以上)

・ Apex/LWCを用いた中~大規模開発経験

・ 要件定義~運用までの全フェーズをリードした実績

・ 戦略設計、パフォーマンス最適化、ガバナンス設計の知見と実装経験

・ 技術選定・提案資料の作成スキル

・ チームリードや育成、顧客折衝・ファシリテーションの経験

【歓迎】

・ Salesforce認定資格(Application Architect/System Architect/Marketing Cloud等)

・ DataCloud、Einstein1など最新機能の導入・検証経験

・ プリセールスにおける提案・PoC成果物の標準化経験

・ BPR/業務改善コンサルの実務経験

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
