【仕事内容】

【家電ECサイトの問合せ対応業務(コール・メール)】

ECサイトで購入した商品の破損や不具合についてのお問合せに

修理や交換などのご案内をするお仕事です。

沢山の取り扱い商品があり、同じ問合せでも商品によって対応できる内容が違うので

問合せ内容や商品在庫などをシステムで確認しながら返信内容を考えます。

確認する内容が多いですが、メール対応がメインなので落ち着いて判断することが可能です。

主な問合せ例

・届いた商品が動かない。交換(返品)したい。

・故障してしまったので修理の相談をしたい。

・エアコンの取り付けをしてもらったが動かない など
