現場の工程管理やスムーズな施工をサポートしていただきます

【スキルアップ例】

・1年目:補助業務からスタート。現場に同行しながら仕事を学ぶ

8:00~18:00(うち休憩2時間)

週休2日制(土日休み)

・月に2回土曜日出社の可能性あり。(労働時間分の割増手当支給)

給与:

■皆勤手当:遅刻・欠勤・早退なしの場合、月額1万円支給。

■家族手当:同居している家族がいることが条件。

配偶者は1万円、18歳までの子供は5千円。

■資格手当:国家資格1つにつき3万円。

その他資格は3千円。

■出張手当:宿泊を伴う場合に支給。1泊につき4千円。

■交通費:規定支給(月額支給上限 15,000円)

・自動車・バイク:片道15km未満は1万円、

25km未満は1.3万円、

25km以上は1.5万円

・徒歩・自転車:3千円

・公共交通機関:実費

月給25万円~50万円

※初任給は、年齢・経験によって異なります。

※上記月給は、皆勤手当・残業手当を含みます。

残業手当は残業時間に応じて増減します。

※試用期間あり (3ヵ月)

【年収例】

・入社2年目大卒:401万円

・入社8年目高卒:年収630万円

・入社13年目高卒:年収898万円

■皆勤手当:遅刻・欠勤・早退なしの場合、月額1万円支給。

■家族手当:同居している家族がいることが条件。配偶者は1万円、18歳までの子供は5千円。

■資格手当:国家資格1つにつき3万円。その他資格は3千円。

■出張手当:宿泊を伴う場合に支給。1泊につき4千円。
