電気制御設計(制御盤・PLC)【神奈川/日本ガイシG会社】(年収650万円~900万円)

【業務内容】

製薬会社が使用する『医薬用水』を製造するプラントの電気制御設計をお任せします。

・制御盤一括のハード設計、PLC、タッチパネル画面、計器設定等のソフト設計

・制御盤の製作、設備内配線などの外部委託先への指示管理

・外部委託した制御盤の品質確認やソフトウェアの検査、立会

・現地でのシステム立ち上げ

・管理職候補として、マネジメント業務も携わっていただきます。

  • 制作期間:6か月~2年
  • 年間担当台数:3基程度

【働き方について】

在宅勤務:週2日かつ月8日まで在宅可能 ※ 社会人経験2年以上で可

フレックス:制度あり(コアタイム有)

残業時間:月20時間程度

出張:月1回程度の出張可能性有

設計部 電気設計課

課長1名・メンバー6名・協力会社メンバー2名

  • 現在は利益率の高いものから選択受注を進めておりますが、今後はより幅広い案件を獲得すべく即戦力の方を募集いたします。

【入社後の流れ】

  • 社内でPCを使用するにあたりIT担当者からの研修があります。
  • その後、社内の研修が約1~2週間程ございます。
  • 社内研修終了後、当該部署に配属となります。
  • OJTにて半年~1年ほどの習熟期間を設定しスキルとのギャップを調整します。
  • 得意な領域から徐々にプロジェクトに関与して業務を習得していきます。

  • 定期的にミーティングを行い、業務の進め方や問題の対処法などを皆で話し合って決めるため、意見を言いやすい環境です。

気になったことをお互いに質問し合い、議論を行いながら仕事を進めています。
