【募集背景】

株式会社和心は、日本のカルチャーを世界に広める企業であり、和雑貨や浴衣の販売に加え、OEM事業を展開しています。今回、新規事業の管理運営を担当する即戦力スタッフを募集しています。

【仕事内容】

新規事業の運営全般をご担当いただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。

  • **物件探し・仕入れ交渉**:貸別荘やバケーションレンタル事業の拡大のため、新規物件のリサーチと取得交渉を行います。
  • **不動産会社との対応**:新規物件の選定や契約に関する調整や交渉を行います。
  • **清掃スタッフの管理**:施設の清掃スタッフのシフト管理、業務チェック、品質向上のための指導を行います。
  • **契約関連業務**:物件契約や請求書処理、営業許可申請、インフラ開通などの事務業務を担当します。
  • **オーナー対応**:施設所有者との交渉や新規オーナーの募集を行います。
  • **現場視察・運営調整**:静岡県、熱海、伊豆高原などの施設への出張業務があります。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

【勤務時間】

8:00~20:00

・実働8時間、休憩60分

給与詳細


基本給:月給 39万円 〜 46万2000円

固定残業代:なし
