■ポジションについて
事業の更なる成長と目標達成のため、ご経験に応じて、中期経営計画、予実管理、資本政策、将来的なIR活動など、経営企画領域の幅広い業務を担っていただきます。
■業務内容
・中期経営計画の策定および各事業部との連携
・月次予実分析およびレポーティング・PDCA管理
・管理会計の高度化に向けたインフラ整備と改善
・資本政策の立案・実行および財務的課題への対応
・将来的なIR活動(開示資料作成や投資家対応)
・M&A実行に関わる財務・ビジネスDDやPMI
■応募条件
・財務・管理会計の知識(日商簿記2級相当以上の知識)
・財務分析業務の実務経験(5年以上)
・事業および財務モデリングの作成経験
・Excel等を用いた高度な数値分析スキル
・会計システムや基幹システムの使用経験
・組織内での合意形成や意思決定に携わった経験
・英語:ビジネスレベル以上(歓迎)
